I am a vertebrate paleontologist interested in the functional morphology and paleophysiology of extinct reptiles. My research looks at the evolution of thermoregulatory structures in this diverse group of animals. I reconstruct soft-tissue anatomy and physiology in extinct animals using computer modeling and engineering-based approaches. I am currently an Assistant Professor at the New York Institute of Technology's College of Osteopathic Medicine in Arkansas.
